Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Disputek, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Disputek is an EDI chargeback dispute engine that cross-references your documents, classifies discrepancies, and generates dispute packets. The free audit tier is provided at no cost. Paid tiers include a monthly subscription plus a success fee on recovered dollars.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload
• You must not upload documents that you do not have the right to process
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving dispute packets before filing
• You must keep your account credentials secure

Paid tiers include a success fee calculated as a percentage of recovered dollars, as specified in your plan. Success fees are billed monthly based on verified recoveries attributable to Disputek-generated dispute packets.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual and multi-year prepayments are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the prepaid term.

Disputek provides tools and analysis to support dispute filing. We do not guarantee that any specific dispute will be successful; retailer decisions are outside our control. Success fees apply only to verified recoveries.

Disputek is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
